Leviticus 14

YHWH provides the ritual for cleansing a person healed of leprosy, involving the killing of a bird over running water and the use of cedar wood, scarlet thread, and hyssop.[1] The cleansed person must wash clothes, shave all hair, bathe, and remain outside the camp for seven days before full restoration to the community.[1]

and shall take and he took the priest the officiating priest some of the blood from blood of the guilt offering the guilt-offering and shall put and he gave the priest the officiating priest on upon lobe projecting lobe of ear ear of of the one being cleansed the one purifying himself the right the southern one and on and upon thumb prominent digit of his hand his hand the right the southern one and on and upon big toe prominent digit of his foot his foot the right the southern one
