Deuteronomy 23

Deuteronomy 23 specifies exclusions from YHWH's assembly (e.g., those with crushed testicles, Ammonites, Moabites); rules for military camps, escaped slaves, prohibiting Israelite whores or sodomites, and rejecting harlot or dog hire for vows; and lending practices distinguishing brothers from foreigners.[1]

Verse 11

to a foreigner to the foreigner you may lend you shall cause to bite but to your brother and to your brother not not you shall lend you shall cause to bite in order that in order that He may bless you he will bless you the LORD Yahweh Yahweh your God your Mighty One in all in entirety endeavor sending-of of your hand your hand on upon the land the earth which that-which you you are going he came there to that place to possess it to take possession of her
