Deuteronomy 17

Prohibits defective sacrifices to YHWH; establishes judicial process requiring two or three witnesses for capital cases, with appeals to priests and judge at YHWH's chosen place whose ruling must be followed; outlines qualifications for a future king who must not multiply horses, wives, or wealth, but copy and study this Torah daily to fear YHWH[1].

and you shall do and you shall do according to upon the mouth of mouth of the word the spoken-matter which that-which they shall declare they will make known to you — from from the place the standing-place that he which that-which He shall choose he chooses the LORD Yahweh Yahweh and you shall observe and you will guard to do to do or make according to all as the whole that that-which they instruct you they will instruct you

Verse 12
