Deuteronomy 14

YHWH provides dietary laws distinguishing clean animals Israelites may eat from unclean ones they must avoid, including rules on tithes, firstlings, and holy festivals. Israelites are commanded to set aside a tenth of their seed, wine, oil, firstborn cattle and sheep for YHWH, eating before Him in the chosen place with rejoicing.

and you shall give and you shall give the silver the silver in all in entirety that that-which desires she intensely desires your soul your living being in the cattle in the cattle or in the sheep and in the flock or in wine and in the wine or in strong drink and in the intoxicating drink or in all and in the entirety that that-which asks of you she will ask you your soul your living being and you shall eat and you ate there in that place before to the face of the LORD Yahweh Yahweh your God your Mighty One and you shall rejoice and you rejoiced you you and your household and your house

and shall come and he came the Levite the Levite the Leviyi because for/because there is no there is not for him — portion allotted portion or inheritance and an inheritance-allotment with you with you and the sojourner and the resident foreigner and the orphan and the fatherless child and the widow and the widowed woman who that-which in your gates in your gates and they shall eat and they consumed and be satisfied and they became satisfied in order that in order that may bless you he will bless you the LORD Yahweh Yahweh your God your Mighty One in all in the whole of work deed of of your hand your hand that that-which you do you shall do
