Isaiah 65

YHWH responds to a rebellious people provoking Him with idolatry, eating swine's flesh, and false holiness, promising judgment and repayment of their iniquities into their bosoms[1][2][4][5]. He spares a faithful remnant for His servants' sake, promising them inheritance of the land, while the wicked face slaughter, followed by a vision of new heavens and earth with long life, peace, productive labor, no harm from animals, and instant divine response[1][2][3][5].

My servants my servants will eat they will consume but you and you men will hunger you will hunger Behold Look! My servants my servants will drink they drink but you and you men will thirst you will thirst Behold Look! My servants my servants will rejoice they will rejoice but you and you men will be ashamed you will feel shame

that that-which the one blessing himself the self-blessing one in the land in the land will be blessed he will bless himself by the God mighty ones of of truth Surely and the one swearing the one swearing an oath in the land in the land will swear he will swear an oath by the God mighty ones of of truth Surely for for/because have been forgotten were forgotten the troubles the distresses former the first ones and for and because they have been hidden they were hidden from my eyes from my eyes
