Psalms 132

The psalmist invokes YHWH to remember David's oath to find a resting place for the ark of His strength in Ephrathah and the fields of Jaar, pleading for YHWH not to reject His anointed.[1][2] YHWH responds by reaffirming His oath to establish David's offspring on the throne if they keep His covenant, declaring Zion His eternal dwelling, promising to bless its provisions, clothe its priests with salvation, make a horn sprout for David, and shame His enemies.[1][2]

Behold Look! we heard of it we heard her in Ephrathah in Fruitful-Place in Eferat we found it we found her in the fields of in fields of the wood thick forest Yaar

Let us go Let us come to His dwelling place to his dwelling-places let us worship we will bow ourselves down at the footstool to the footstool of of His feet his feet

Your priests your priest-officiants be clothed they will clothe themselves with righteousness righteousness and Your saints and your covenant-loyal ones shout for joy they will shout aloud

כֹּהֲנֶ֥י/ךָ 𐤊𐤄𐤍𐤉/𐤊 kohaneykha Your priests your priest-officiants HNcmpc/Sp2ms יִלְבְּשׁוּ 𐤉𐤋𐤁𐤔𐤅 yilebeshu be clothed they will clothe themselves HVqi3mp צֶ֑דֶק 𐤑𐤃𐤒 tsedeq with righteousness righteousness HNcmsa וַ/חֲסִידֶ֥י/ךָ 𐤅/𐤇𐤎𐤉𐤃𐤉/𐤊 vachasideykha and Your saints and your covenant-loyal ones HC/Aampc/Sp2ms יְרַנֵּֽנוּ 𐤉𐤓𐤍𐤍𐤅 yeranenu shout for joy they will shout aloud HVpi3mp

her provision hunted game I will bless intensely bless I will abundantly bless I will bestow blessing her needy her needy ones I will satisfy I will cause to be satisfied with bread bread
