Proverbs 21

Proverbs 21 emphasizes YHWH's sovereignty over kings' hearts and all events, contrasting the diligent and wise who prosper with the hasty, wicked, proud, and foolish who face ruin. Verse 7

when punished in imposing a fine the scoffer scorner becomes wise he will be wise the naive naïve one and-when instructed and in making wise the wise to a wise man receives he will take knowledge knowledge-of

considers one who makes wise righteous one righteous man the house of to a house of the wicked wicked man overthrows the one who perverts the wicked wicked men to evil to evil
