Numbers 30

Moses conveys YHWH's laws on vows: a father's or husband's word can nullify a woman's vow or binding oath on the day he hears it, but if he is silent, it stands; free vows of widowers, divorcees, or virgins are binding.[3][6]

and-if and if he-nullifies he disallowed her-father her father her her on-day in the day of his-hearing his hearing all entirety of her-vows her vowed pledges and-her-binding-obligations and her binding-vows which that-which she-has-bound she bound upon upon her-soul her living-being not not stand let him rise and-the LORD and Yahweh and Yahweh will-forgive he will pardon to-her — because for/because nullifies he disallowed her-father her father her her
