Genesis 28

Jacob flees to Haran to escape Esau's wrath and to find a wife among Laban's daughters; at Bethel, Jacob experiences a vision of a ladder reaching to heaven with YHWH's angels ascending and descending, and YHWH renews the Abrahamic covenant with Jacob, promising land and numerous descendants.

he came to and he encountered a certain place in the standing-place and spent the night and he lodged overnight there in that place because for/because had set he came the sun the sun and he took and he took one of the stones from building-stones of of the place the standing-place and put and he placed under his head his headrests and lay down and he lay down in that place in the standing-place that he

and behold and look! the LORD Yahweh Yahweh was standing standing stationed above it upon him and he said and he said I am I the LORD Yahweh Yahweh the God of mighty ones of Abraham Abraham Averaham your father your father and the God of and mighty ones of Isaac He Laughs Yitsechaq the land the earth which that-which you you are lying one who lies down on it upon her to you — I will give it I will give her and to your offspring and to your seed

and shall be and he/it became your seed your seed like the dust as dust of the earth the earth and you shall spread and you will break through to the west sea-ward and to the east and toward the front and to the north and toward the north and to the south the arid southland shall be blessed and they were blessed through you — all entirety of families clans of of the earth the cultivated ground and through your seed and in your seed

And behold and look! Verse 20
