Ezekiel 36

YHWH pronounces judgment against the nations (particularly Edom) who sought to possess Israel's desolate land, promising to restore the mountains and cities of Israel.[1][2][3] YHWH declares He will cleanse the people of their uncleanness through water, give them new hearts and spirits, restore agricultural abundance, and rebuild the ruined cities so they become like the garden of Eden, vindicating His name before all nations.[2][3][6]

and I will multiply and I caused to multiply upon you upon you man human being and beast and land-beast and they will multiply and they multiplied and be fruitful and they bore fruit and I will settle and I will cause to dwell you you marked as object as in former times like your former times and I will do good and I will make good than at the first from your beginnings and you will know and you will know that for/because I I the LORD Yahweh Yahweh
