Deuteronomy 27

Moses commands Israel to build an altar on **Mount Ebal** upon crossing the Jordan, inscribe the Torah on plastered stones, and hold a covenant ceremony where six tribes stand before **Mount Gerizim** for blessings and six before Ebal for curses, with Levites pronouncing 12 specific curses on idolatry, dishonor, injustice, and disobedience, to which the people respond 'Amen'.

Verse 2
and it shall be and he/it became on the day in the day when that-which you cross over you will cross over - object-marker the Jordan the Descender the Yareden to toward the land the earth which that-which the LORD Yahweh Yahweh your God your Mighty One is giving the one who gives to you — and you shall set up and you will raise up for yourself — stones stones large great ones and plaster and you lime-coated them them with plaster in the lime

Verse 3
and you shall write and you will write on them upon them (fem.) direct object marker object-marker all entirety of words of words of the law the instruction this this one when you cross over in your crossing so that in order that that that-which you may enter you will come to toward the land the earth that that-which the LORD Yahweh Yahweh your God your Mighty One is giving the one who gives to you — land land flowing flowing with milk milk and honey and honey-syrup as as that which has spoken he declared the LORD Yahweh Yahweh God of mighty ones of your fathers your fathers to you —

and spoke he declared Moses Mosheh Mosheh and the priests and the officiating-priests the Levites the Levites the Leviyim to toward all entirety of Israel El-Contends Yiserael saying to say be silent Make yourself silent and listen and listen O Israel El-Contends Yiserael the day the day this this one you have become you came to be a people to a gathered people of for the LORD to Yahweh to Yahweh your God your Mighty One

Cursed curse-bound one be the man the man who that-which makes he will do a graven image carved image or molten image poured metal image an abomination detested thing of the LORD Yahweh Yahweh the work deed of of the hands the two hands of of the craftsman craftsman of and sets it up and he set in secret in the hiding-place And shall answer and they responded all all of the people the gathered people and say and they said Amen Surely
